This handiman special has had some work done to it, but needs to be completed. The east and north walls have been completely rebuilt with 2X4 , insulation and sheeting, new sheeting and insulation on the rest except for a portion on the west exterior wall. All new windows and door, gyproc on the most of the interior, 100 amp electrical panel, and metal roof. There are second hand cupboards and some building supplies that will be included in the sale. Washer and dryer are included and sold as is. Furnace is working but will need to be replaced. If you are looking for a project come take a look.
