Engineers report indicates the 40 acres that has been subdivided, all has a very high concentration of quality gravel, highest and best concentration of the area measured. Aggregate is concentrated well down past 4-6m deep. A limitation of the EM31-MK2 machine is that it can only detect up to 6m deep – the engineer stated that there is a good chance depths of the gravel are deeper than 6m from the readings received.
